Are returns free of charge?

We strongly recommend that returns are sent insured. It would be annoying if something went wrong.

How do I return something?

If something doesn't fit or you don't like it for some reason, you can send it back to us. All you need to do is return it unworn and in its original packaging.
And this is how it works:
- Request a return form: hello@weareanice.com
- Print out the return form, fill it in and put it in the parcel.
- Stck the returns label on the outside of the parcel (Germany & Austria only) and take it to the nearest DHL/Post office.
- Unforunately, it is not possible to exchange an order using the returns form. You will have to place a new order via the online shop.

 

How long can I return the goods?

As soon as you have received your delivery, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt.

 

When will the refund be made?

 

We will hurry. We promise! As a rule, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
