Purpose of Position

 

As Community Manager, you will be in charge of a wide range of responsibilities: Your main task is to ensure the quality, steady and sustainable growth of the community. This also includes building a solid digital network model for our brand. You are expected to plan, organize and deal with community events in Munich, Vienna and other european cities e.g. Lisbon. Your job also includes monitoring the brands acitvity on our social media accounts (such as Instagram, Linkedin, Soundcloud), publishing regular content, creating campaigns and updating our community on ongoing projects/ events & news.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain a digital community structure and management for the long term.

  • Design, plan and oversee events that raise brand awareness and build brand consciousness.

  • Monitor, track and report on user comments and online reviews.

  • Collaborate with and support other teams, partners and colleagues.

  • Proactively connect with potential customers, guests, members, cooperation partners, sponsors of the community.

  • Follow the latest developments in digital technology and provide suggestions for the brand development.

  • Respond efficiently to any requests.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Business Administration or a related field would be desirable.

  • Master´s degree in "Goodvibes". (just kidding)

Certificates and Licenses

Years of Experience

2(+) years of working experience in the field of event management would be desired.
